FINDING ZEN IN ISOLATION
Our anxiety continues to rise with Los Angeles County's recent stay-at-home orders implemented. This is not our typical, every day stress we are used to managing. This is unfamiliar to all of us and we are in need of helping one another out - more now, than ever.
I have compiled a list of resources available to everyone to help find the zen to keep sane while isolating. If you are aware of additional resources available, please feel free to support other mamas and families by leaving a comment below! I'm all for sharing knowledge and support; the more we know, share, and help - the better we will be and feel.
